- $35.00 to $85.00 per room (with furniture)
One area $50.00 Two areas $110.00
Three areas $135.00 Stairs 12-13 $25.00
2nd & 3rd floor apartments could be priced higher
Oversize rooms are considered 2 areas

Tile, Stone, Marble - Clean, Grout, Polish and Maintain
- $1.00 to $1.50 per square foot (cleaning only)
- $1.50 to $2.00 per square foot (cleaning and sealing)
Price is determined by tile size, condition etc.

Upholstery and Furniture - Clean
- $65.00 to $85.00 for loveseat cleaning
- $50.00 to $85.00 for straightback chair cleaning
- $60.00 to $85.00 for recliner cleaning
- $5.00 for pillow cleaning
- $80.00 to $85.00 for couch cleaning (average size)
- $50.00 to $85.00 for armchair cleaning
- $50.00 to $85.00 for office chair cleaning
- $20.00 to $85.00 for footstool or ottoman cleaning
Sectional are priced by the piece. Love Seat, Sofa, Chaisse, Recliner Etc. Min. job price $ 85.00 2nd and 3rd floor are priced higher then 1st floor jobs.
