About us

Perfectly Placed was founded by Susan Stewart in 2004 in Phoenix, AZ. In 2011, Susan and her family relocated to St. Louis, MO and now serves St. Louis. As a working mom herself, Susan understands the challenges that busy mothers face and is delighted to offer solutions to women needing simple systems to keep on top of every day demands. She loves being a professional organizer and is passionate about teaching sustainable systems to those who are struggling to keep up with responsibilities at work and home. Before beginning Perfectly Placed, Susan received her bachelor’s degree in Human Development and The Family from the University of Nebraska and completed masters level classes in counseling at Covenant Theological Seminary. She also spent several years teaching preschool and coaching gymnastics, both of which have enhanced her ability to teach and coach others. Susan is also a member of the National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals.

Let me begin my saying that Susan is amazing! We accomplished more in 3 hours than I had done in 2 years, and she was so good at assisting in my decision making. Talk about organizing! I was so thrilled that I signed up to continue her services and just that action took the weight of the world off my shoulders. And the best thing: She is an absolutely delightful person who does not judge you and is compassionate when helping you deal with items that have an emotional impact on you. My advice? Hire her yesterday. You will not only have a much more organized life but will also have added a charming lady to your list of favorite people.

- $70.00 to $80.00 per hour
We do package pricing and the hourly rate depends on which package is purchased. Our largest package gets the lowest hourly rate.

- $80.00 to $90.00 per hour
We do package pricing and the hourly rate depends on which package is purchased. Our largest package gets the lowest hourly rate.
