What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Always spend time either on the phone or in person getting to know each other so you can make sure that your language style are similar and you will get along. After 30 years in the business I often can sense when someone doesn't know the questions or isn't sure of themselves in the situation. Take your time and have lots of photos of what you like.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

Kitchen, bath and whole house updates in residential homes are the most common. We also help with custom homes selections. Then we move into window treatments and furnishings.

A:

Our company recently spent 4 months changing a home to be ready for Aging in Place. This takes many specialty items and/or correct materials and tradesmen to achieve.We changed door widths, kitchen and bath apparatus and the like. Now the clients can stay in their home and enjoy their environment for the rest of their lives.
