We had a wonderful experience with TVL remodeling our kitchen and powder room. From the outset, we knew we needed someone with a particular specialty in design. All the other companies we interviewed seemed really light on this skill, and more like just contractors. We knew we would have been left to our own devices for much of the design, material selection, etc. This was not the case with TVL. After several discussions and a kickoff meeting to discuss what styles we liked and what we hoped for functionally out of the two spaces, we received beautiful renderings showing us exactly what was proposed by TVL. The entire process from the initial meeting and design to putting the final touches on the finished project was performed with professionalism, enthusiasm and excellent craftsmanship. Crystal's communication was outstanding. She kept in touch via email and by in-person visits to the house to check in on the progress. My project had a very tight timeline and everyone involved worked to ensure the remodel was completed within the allotted time. The project estimates were accurate and in some cases the final costs were under budget. I could not have asked for a better outcome!

TVL Creative did an excellent job of designing our new fireplace and surrounding wall. Not only was the design so inventive and unique, they also did a great job managing and coordinating with our contractor. All deadlines were met and the budget was adhered to. TVL went out of their way to help us with other details of our remodel that went way beyond their contract with us. I bought a ski town house in Summit County and I live in NYC. It was a great purchase, except for the fact that I was 2,200 miles away. I needed help with a complete renovation and I was in full on panic mode. Thank the good gods and I happened upon TVL creative out of Denver. They were kind and patient (and let me tell you, being OCD that I am - I send them 500 emails and 75 Text Messages daily). They held my hand and told me not to worry. They made weekly trips up to Summit County (90 miles from Denver), to monitor the project and they worked directly with my Contractor so I did not have to deal with him. They put together a gorgeous floor plan for my kitchen and bathjroom, picked out beautiful tiles and then hand -delivered them to Summit to make sure the tiles dont break. The paint colors, the finishing touches, every tiny detail was taken care of. Not once did I need to make a trip out from NYC.

We moved from a 1300sqft condo to a 5K sqft house in Denver. TVL Creative was a tremendous help in developing the overall theme of the space. They really understood our tastes and worked with us to transform the space from generic beige suburban builder-grade to a tasteful and unique expression. TVL helped us pick out paint for the entire space and recommended excellent and affordable painters. They also created beautiful renderings of most of the key areas inclusive of our current furniture that we intended to keep as well as new pieces that they recommended for us. This was extremely helpful allowing us to visualize the space prior to making any major decisions.

We hired TVL Creative, Ltd. because we wanted to re-do our fireplace on our main floor. We also wanted help tying together all the rooms on our main level. We had talked with other companies, and never really felt like they "got" what we wanted. Crystal and her team understood right away what we wanted, and came up with a beautiful design! TVL Creative uses a 3D rendering technique which allowed us to really see how our room(s) would look BEFORE we started construction. We loved their design, but also loved the process... TVL takes charge of every aspect of the remodel--everything from design, to hiring contractors, to being on-hand during the remodel to handle any issues that may come up. TVL is committed to hiring quality people and we were very very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism.

I am so impressed with Crystal of TVL Creative and the experience of remodeling my master suite. The plan called for pulling out a tub and putting in a luxurious walk in shower, expanding the space into a nearby closet and revamping my master bedroom. I had heard from friends and relatives to expect delays and cost over runs when doing a remodel. Crystal and her team were able to complete the entire job earlier than originally projected, and on budget!! It can be stressful to have strangers in such a personal space and Crystal did everything to make it as painless and easy as possible. Crystal brought a professionalism that made the design and delivery of a new office in our home simple, easy and with outstanding results. Crystal was able to listen to my requests, deliver an outstanding visual 3D representation of the office that, in the end, looks identical to what was delivered. I absolutely love this company and the entire crew that works for TVL!! I hired them to completely remodel a disgusting bathroom in my new house and the transformation was unbelievable. We were provided with a beautiful rendering of our bathroom design that gave us the ability to actually see what our bathroom would look like prior to it being done. From start to finish Crystal Russell was incredibly professional and work with us so easily. She constantly kept our budget in mind and yet was able to provide us with a high class looking bathroom. Our contractor was fantastic and he worked incredibly hard and did such a professional and beautiful job. I plan on hiring them again in the future to remodel my entire kitchen!

We were renovation "virgins." We have never done any renovation or remodeling projects, nor have we ever used an interior designer, so all of this was a new experience to us. Crystal was a delight to work with - we felt comfortable with her from the very first, and really liked her professionalism and willingness to answer questions and offer suggestions. She did a great job of keeping within our budget - we even had some money left over at the end! The project DID take longer than expected, due to some measurement glitches which led to reordering some materials, but we are very pleased with the final results, and as soon as we get some more money together will be asking Crystal and Ian to come back to do more remodeling/renovation for us!
