What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
|

A:
|
Any time a customer asks us for advice, we always tell them to collect several quotes, check references, check online for reviews, and ask lots of questions. Always try to be as informed as possible, don't buy something you don't need just because a smooth talker sells it to you. If a bid sounds to good to be true, it probably is.
I also recommend to our senior customers to talk to their families and friends, that way the customer is not alone in making a huge and possibly expensive decision.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?

A:

Our most common service is our handyman service for homeowners and property managers. However, we are a general residential construction company. We can do nearly everything inside and out. Our services on the exterior include room additions, fences, siding, painting, pressure washing and more. Our interior services are all handyman task, dry wall, remodels, painting, and any honey-do you don't want to do.At tactical home solutions our motto is.. no problems,just solutions!

We recycle used material. (we do not reuse old material from one customer to another) We take used material to the recycling center.
When possible or applicable we let the customer aware of environmentally friendly options for material or appliances.

We want to take the CON out of contractor. James & Landon started this company because they were sickened with the shortcuts and scams other contractors were doing with homeowners.
Our motto is "no problems, just solutions!" and we stand by that. We do not want to ever create problems for our customers.

Honesty, our customers are often surprised and refreshed with how honest we are with them. We do not cut corners and we do not lie to our customers.

We are honest, we want what is best for the customer first. We do not put our company above the customer.

Any material that has a warranty is passed on to the customer, and we guarantee our work as well. (Depending on the situation)

The first question is "do we give free quotes", yes we do.
Then, customers usually ask us when can we start, to that we respond with checking our calendar on our phones, and double checking with our office, we are usually able to give the customer a start window before we leave them.

We recently replaced a wooden fence for a homeowner. The homeowner and the homeowners association did not agree on several aspects of the fencing rules & guidelines set by the homeowners association. We were able to mediate and help them come to a compromise that resulted in both parties being satisfied.
Our company motto is "No Problems, Just Solutions" for a reason, we want to solve problems for homeowners, no matter the task.

Since we are such a young company we are not yet members of any associations, because most associations require you to be in business for over a year.

We started this business to take the CON out of contractor. We saw throughout the industry how other contractors were scamming and cheating homeowners, we knew we had to step up and help the homeowner as much as possible. We believe in transparency and integrity. We place the customer about the profit.
