I would say my customers are always surprised to learn what business software such as quickbooks, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel can do to help their business flow easily with just a little training on the software.
My response is always , “It looks way more complicated than it is to understand the software, but once you see , it’s not difficult at all and you will feel so satisfied using it for your business.

My company recently assisted a business owner of a new Isurance Company set their company up to Quickbooks Online software, organize their accounts in the software and learn to keep track of financial records for the business with easy clicks of buttons in the software.
My customer was so overwhelmed about learning to use Quickbooks and afraid he couldn’t grasp it in a timely manner.
Once we sat down and started entering his company’s information he realized how organized he felt using the software and just how easy it is to use.
The cost to assist him for two hours was $50.00/hour, so $100.00 total. We set up the Software for his business.
We entered in all his customers for him and coded those accounts for tax purposes for his CPA to review during tax seasons and reconciled all bank statements for the previous year which had not been done, while at the same time training his employees to learn also.
