How We Charge For Our Services

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.25 to $2.50 per square foot
One third of the total cost will be paid upon completion of site preparation. Preparation includes all of the following that apply. Power washing, paint removal, caulking and minor repairs. The remainder of the total cost will be paid upon completion of the job and customer walkthrough (to verify the job has been completed).

- $25.00 to $45.00 per hour
- $1.25 to $2.50 per square foot
