Our most popular service is Vacant Home Staging. Vacant Home Staging is a service designed for homes that are unoccupied and have no furnishings. Vacant homes can be tough to sell because buyers often struggle with picturing how they would live in the empty space. We bring in beautiful furnishings and decor to help them picture themselves living there.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $75.00 to $150.00 per hour
- $1,000.00 to $2,000.00 for staging a 2,000 sf home (occupied, no furniture rental required)
- $3,000.00 to $5,000.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
We believe each home is unique and we offer free in-home quotes so that we can best determine the areas/rooms to be staged.
Our pricing on rental is for 60-days and is priced monthly thereafter (if needed).
We except all major credit cards at no additional charge.
