How We Charge For Our Services

Ceramic Tile - Install
- $55.00 to $85.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $8.00 to $12.00 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $3.00 to $5.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $2.00 to $10.00 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $5.00 to $9.00 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Invoicing,
Do free estimate, do job verbal or contract acceptance,
No deposit required unless material purchased by us,
deposit given when material to job site.
3 progress payment though out job 33%
Final payment after job completion and approval of work by customer,
30 day credit on approved customers.
