How We Charge For Our Services

Boundary Survey - Residential
- $0.25 to $0.35 per linear foot of perimeter - $375.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for residential boundary survey (up to 1/2 acre) $375 to cover research, travel and basic overhead allowing me to compare adjoining deeds for agreement, find deed corners and mark lines for fencing and other improvement, not including a plat.
Other cost, usually determined up front, may include time spent to create plats, legal descriptions, excessive research, and / or reports, depend on the situation and required documentation.

Engineers - Land Surveyors
- $100.00 to $125.00 per hour (principal surveyor) - $125.00 to $150.00 per hour (two-man crew) - $0.25 to $0.35 per linear foot of perimeter - $275.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for residential boundary survey - $300.00 to $500.00 fixed fee for elevation certification Strive to return good value for the job completed and maintain a high standard of personal service at a minimal cost.
