Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour
The costs are based on the size, age, and desires of the person wanting the inspection and what they want to use the facility for. Commercial inspections can be very involved with a lot of different type of testing. Prices start at $1,000 and up.

Home Inspection Services
- $200.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $450.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $250.00 to $300.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
The costs are based on the size, age, and desires of the person wanting the inspection. And are there other considerations needed by the client. Property Management - Residential
- 10.00 to 15.00 percent of monthly rent
As a GC and RE Broker we can give you the most for the least. See above for rental management rates. Also, we can do all the repairs at costs plus 25% of labor and materials.
