A: Look for professionals which will have the following: insurance = we will fix our damages (windows n sprinklers), uniform = employees and not subcontractors, logo trucks = we do this 6 days a week not just the weekend part time job. All this = quality work and a team focus on customer satisfaction.
How We Charge For Our Services
Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $70.00 per hour for raking and bagging
- $70.00 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $70.00 to $85.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $85.00 to $100.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $100.00 to $140.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $250.00 to $350.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
70/hr for two man crew. or set fee for standard lawn service and tree services.

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $35.00 per hour (per person) plus materials
70/hr two man crew.

Landscape Designers - Residential
- $70.00 per hour
$150 consult fee.

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $55.00 to $69.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $33.00 to $46.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
- $49.00 to $59.00 per visit (1/2 acre)
per yard size

Sod Installation
- $1.50 per square foot installed
per sf.

Tree Services - Trim or Prune
- $70.00 per hour (two-man crew)
