How We Charge For Our Services

Architects - Commercial
- $85.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
Pricing depends on the type of project. Is it a simple T.I., or is it a more complicated rebuild of the interior, or is it a new commercial building?

Architects - Residential
- $95.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
Again, it depends upon the complexity or difficulty of the project
|
Designer - Building
- $85.00 to $120.00 per hour
Smaller clients, with simpler tastes and smaller budgets are easier to work for and thus get a lower fee. Clients with Luxury tastes want "Luxury" style service and design that costs more....

Interior Decorators - Residential
- $85.00 to $120.00 per hour (plus materials)
Interior decorating for me is part of a larger Architectural project and thus the hourly fee is the same

Interior Designers - Residential
- $85.00 to $125.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 8.00 to 12.00 percent of construction cost
I try to work with each client to what fits their budget
