How We Charge For Our Services
Architects - Commercial
- $65.00 to $80.00 per hour (plus materials)
- 1.50 to 3.00 percent of construction cost
Compensation: Compensation shall be based on the stipulated sum. Payment shall be made as follows: An initial 20%retainer shall be due and payable at the execution of this agreement and shall be supplied to and deducted from the final invoice. Subsequent payments shall be due as invoiced or at the end of each respective phase. 1. (Phase I) Preliminary design 2. (Phase II) Design Development. 3. (Phase III) Construction documents.

Architects - Residential
- $2.50 to $3.00 per square foot (design cost only)
Subsequent payments shall be due as invoiced or at the end of each respective phase
