- $0.12 to $0.45 per square foot
Our per-square-foot cost for cleaning medical and healthcare facilities begins at 12 cents per square foot for buildings up to 20,000 square feet. Our higher per-square-footage cost is for medical and healthcare buildings that exceed 30,000 square feet.

Cleaning Services - Office & Commercial
- $0.10 to $0.40 per square foot
We do not charge hourly, as most cleaning companies that do typically prolong the time in cleaning as a way to drive up the overall price. Our flat-fee pricing is loved by many of our customers across Tampa, and we can customize a specific pricing package for you depending on the amount of square footage in your facility - in addition to how often you need you need us to clean.
