How We Charge For Our Services

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $250.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation
- $1,500.00 to $2,800.00 home staging a 2,000 sf home (unoccupied, furniture rental required)
The designing process takes place at the office and warehouse. The fee includes a design fee, assistant fee, moving fees for delivery and pick up.
