What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Look for qualifications of the appraisal and that they have the property experience to prepare an appraisal for the property type requested. And check to make sure the person is currently licensed in the state, and if they have any prior complaints reported to the State.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

Typically, professional appraisal services do not offer guarantees because appraising real estate is an art that provides an opinion of value by the appraiser. Offering a guarantee would imply a predetermined value appraisal that would violate our ethics and possibly be illegal. We can assure the public, however, that our appraisals will comply with all State and Federal requirements, and also comply the the Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP) that govern our profession.

How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Commercial
- $500.00 to $5,000.00 fixed fee - flat rate
Fees vary for commercial appraisals due to the unique nature of each property, i.e., office buildings, industrial, shopping center, apartment building, etc. Fees for commercial appraisals are made by individual quote once we know the nature of the property to be appraised.

Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $275.00 to $450.00 fixed fee for a residential lot (less than 1 acre)
- $275.00 to $450.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
Fees vary depending on the size of the property and location. Usually, high end residences over 4000 SF can cost more because it takes more time to inspect the property and prepare the appraisal. However, the fee for most residences is range between $300 and $375.
