Carefully avoid conflicts of interest. Series 65 Registered Investment Advisors are not allowed to take commissions. Check your "advisor's" business card. If it says "Registered Representative" anywhere on it, he or she does take commissions and 12B-1 fees.

We are a fee only advisory. As such, we do not accept commissions from any broker dealer. Our published fee is 2% of AUM per year. This fee is negotiable.
