Q:
What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?
A:
Ask for a warranty in writing.
Ask for a company Tax ID. There are many people who do glass work as a side hobby and you won’t be able to find them if something goes wrong.
Don’t accept the cheap price just because it’s cheap. Those guys who do glass work as a side hobby undercut the reputable
shops by providing cheap service. I have had to “re-do” a lot of work from them. As much as I like doing my job, it’s not fair to my customers that they keep having to pay twice for the same thing.
Ask for photos of previous work.

What is the most common type of project or service your company provides?
A:
Windshield Chip and Crack repair.
Q:
In what ways is your company environmentally friendly?
A:
We prefer repair to replacement because your windshield has a plastic adhesive in between two layers of glass. Often times, when your glass is disposed of, they end up in landfills. If you have a chip or a small crack, please have it fixed. Don’t wait until it cracks further.

Q:
What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?
A:
“Can you do it for cheaper?”
to be honest, you shouldn’t want “cheap” service... especially when it deals with your auto glass. It’s the 3rd most vital safety system in your car. Cheap companies use cheaper installation materials. Often times they use the silicone caulking used in your bathroom to glue the glass to your car. This is horrible and a huge safety hazard. Your windshield is part of your roll cage. It keeps the roof from collapsing if the car is ever upside down. You don’t want that done by someone irresponsible. Our prices are market competitive and 100% worth it.

Q:
Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).
A:
We had a car that was vandalized resulting in a door window and windshield needing replacement. The glass was so damaged it had to be cut and rolled up to be removed. This took extra time and required additional measures to prevent ourselves from being injured. We ended up using a fireproof blanket to roll the glass into in order to safely remove it from the vehicle.
