How We Charge For Our Services

Real Estate Appraisers - Commercial
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour
Payment with 50% retainer.
|
Real Estate Appraisers - Residential
- $500.00 to $850.00 fixed fee for a residential lot (less than 1 acre)
- $325.00 to $750.00 fixed fee (single family home or condo)
Payment must be made in full before delivery.
