Just completed a home renovation for a client, where we remodeled an old home and brought up to code. In this particular situation, doing it in a timely and budget efficient manner was very important. Coordinating sub-contractors and dealing with existing structural issues within the old home were our biggest challenges. Some retrofitting was required.
