- $2.00 to $3.00 per linear foot of lights (lights supplied by owner)
Depending on what kind of lighting the customer request. EX: Regular C7 lighting is $4 per linear foot. Price includes maintenance, installation and material.

- $99.00 to $300.00 per cleaning

- $0.10 to $0.55 per square foot
Depending on square footage, oil stains, grease stains, mold-algae growth, required solutions for cleaning, brick, concrete, vinyl siding, etc.

- $0.10 to $0.55 per square foot
- $189.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for home exterior (1,500-2,000 sf home)
- $99.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for driveway
- $250.00 to $300.00 fixed fee for deck (approx. 250 sq. ft)
