Commercial Real Estate Inspection Services
- $25.00 to $200.00 per hour
- $0.15 to $0.35 per square foot
- $200.00 to $300.00 fixed fee - flat rate
This is based on industry standard pricing.

Home Inspection Services
- $250.00 to $300.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $350.00 to $400.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $500.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $300.00 to $350.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Pricing is based on every 500 sq ft. We will meet all competitor's pricing. Discounts offered for bundled inspections completed at the same time including Home Inspections, Wind Mitigations & 4 Point Insurance Inspections. Call TODAY for our special rates!

Pool - Inspection
- $500.00 to $750.00 for inspection and report (olympic size commercial pool)
- $100.00 to $200.00 for inspection and report (standard size residential pool)
Inspections typically start at $200 for under 1000sq ft and up.

Roof - Inspection
- $100.00 to $500.00 per visit (two story home with typical roofline)
