- $375.00 to $400.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $425.00 to $550.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $550.00 to $750.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $400.00 to $425.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
Our pricing is based upon square footage of the home.

Radon Gas - Testing or Inspection
- $165.00 to $250.00 fixed fee for radon test (typical four bedroom home)
Price is based upon how many foundations the home has and if it is performed with a home inspection.
