Asphalt Shingle Roof - Installation
- $300.00 to $450.00 per 100 sq.ft. (standard quality, tear off existing roof)
We do not advise any homeowner to do a layover, price is based on removing one layer of old shingle, installing new drip-edge, installing ice guard, synthetic underlayment and Owens corning duration shingles. The price can go up from there depending on the design of your roof (how steep it is, how many valleys, how much cap) also how many layers of shingle you have on the existing roof. Building Roofs that stand the test of time.

- $50.00 to $100.00 per hour (plus materials)
Low end of most repairs average around 300.00

Flat Roof - Repair
- $100.00 to $200.00 per hour (plus materials)
Our typical repair starts off as an evaluation and is bid per job that way the property owner is not surprised at the end of the project with a large bill
