I am a full time police officer for the City of Fort Wayne and have a passion of health and Fitness. In 2007 I began training using the CrossFit methodology and became a certified level 1 CrossFit coach in 2010. Since then I have coached CrossFit for the FWPD as well as part time at local CrossFit Affiliates.
I attended the University of Saint Francis and graduated with an MS in Psychology. I have just ventured out on my own starting my own CrossFit affiliate in downtown Fort Wayne.
