I am a master painter. The first thing I do before painting the exterior of a building is pressure wash the surface. Then I mask off all areas not to be painted. After that I seal all cracks and fix any minor masonry or wood damages. Finally I apply premium paint onto the surface. For interiors I clean the walls and mask areas not to be painted. Then I apply premium paint to the walls, ceilings, and/or doors.
