With extensive and diverse Human Resource experience, Norman, as the Chief Operations Officer, is uniquely qualified to provide the functional leadership and business acumen necessary to support the needs and growth of our Clients’ business.
In his previous life, Norman has served as Chief Human Capital officer reporting to the President. He has been accountable for all facets of HR as well as Quality Programs, Training and Facilities worldwide.
Norman has a vast list of experiences including his tenure at APAC, (a publicly traded call center corporation) providing services from 9,600 seats located across 20 call centers in the U.S. and the Philippines and specializing in sales and customer service programs designed to improve financial performance and increase customer loyalty.
