Established 1999
In 1999, Vice President John Stewart, of Luckett & Farley Architects, recognized a growing need for his clients: comprehensive management and development process for all projects that included design, build and construction. In April 1999, John founded L & F Design Build, LLC. In July 2012, L&F became Encompass. Since then Encompass has participated in the development of over $600 million in construction projects and employs over 40 professionals. During the first few years, the company’s focus was on construction and general contracting. Today we have evolved into a full service development company offering our partners comprehensive services ranging from Site Selection to Property Management. We take pride in the relationships and partners we service, and in the work we have developed together.
