A remediation contractor needed a $6M loan to do remediation for Alcoa. Due to the nature of their business, they were having difficulty finding a suitable lender with reasonable rates. I arranged for them to meet with the president of a company who represented 2 hedge funds and had a group of more than 1,000 private investors. The loan closed in 3 months.

Sometimes I am paid by the lender; sometimes by the borrower. There are NO UPFRONT FEES unless it is necessary to develop a more comprehensive presentation. At that time, any fees I might charge will be discussed with the borrower.
