What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

I have found in my 26 yrs of experience, that any contractor should be up to date on his or her the newest products available in today's market! Also if the quotes you have received for any of your contracting needs. If they considerably different from the other potential contractor's they probably are not telling abdtional hidden cost! Please be aware of this type of these shady tactics? This probably the reason they ate considerably less expensive than the contractor's pricing! Sincerely Jason

Interior and exterior residential/commercial painting services including power washing. We also offer elastomeric roof coatings services. We only use the premium elastomeric products made Lanco that has 15 year guarantee and can be tinted to your color choice! This product actually put a rubber coating on your roof and has the highest R-rating available in todays market. It actually help you save up to %30 pn your electric bill! This stuff is great It's peel and stick That can be grouted! Barely change of the height of the floor! And in some cases don't even need to install sub-flooring. I was with a 25 year warranty! Ceramic Tile - Install
- $35.00 to $65.00 per hour (plus materials)
- $2.00 to $8.50 per square foot (including labor and a mid-grade tile)
- $2.25 to $4.50 per square foot (new sub-floor installation only)
- $3.50 to $6.00 per square foot (new wall backing installation only)
- $2.25 to $8.50 per square foot (tile removal only)
- $1.25 to $3.75 per square foot (labor only, tile provided by customer)
Average job will vary depending upon what type of materials you are using as far as styling and tile type!

Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain
- $45.00 to $65.00 per hour
- $3.00 to $7.00 per square foot
