The crew followed my instructions for not using the bathroom and taking off the shoes when entering the house. They also put down plastic so they didn't get my floor dirty. John and Matt were nice guys and friendly but knew what they were doing as well. Mike who came to help out the day after was nice too. The company really hired well and did exactly what I had expected them to complete. The estimate was detailed and explained well to me so I knew what I was getting from them before anything started.
