We haul away unwanted items, usually from garages. Sometimes an investor needs a place cleaned out and cleaned up to be able to offer a place for rent

We recycle everything that can be. Metals, plastic, glass, paper. We cover every load to ensure we are not littering the environment

We care about what we do. Money is important but this career is a choice. We all need to be proactive in creating a better future for our kids and for generations that may be having issues because of our actions today.
This work is gratifying, knowing we have helped lesson the impact of waste disposal on our environment.

Does your company offer a warranty or guarantee?

We do not offer warrantees or guarantees, this is because of the nature of the work. We remove what is asked of us to be removed and we take pictures. If the client is there they will see we completed the task. If a client is not there then we send a picture and wait for a response. If we miss taking something, we will gladly return and remove it

What questions do customers most frequently ask you? What is your answer?

The number one question I get is how much does it cost. My answer is usually, "what is the address and when can I come give you a quote. We strive to be the best in our field and we couldn't do that by making mistakes like this.
If you know exactly what you have I can figure out an estimate to give you for an idea of the cost but ultimately the quote would depend on what we see.

Yes,I am a veteran and I really appreciate the discounts I get. 15% off, but ask if we have any specials at the time of your call.

Describe a project or service that your company recently completed (include challenges, costs, and innovative solutions).

A:

We did a job for a real estate investor, the tenants that left were apparently upset. We managed to clean all the items out that were not apart of the house, we had a hazardous waste company remove what I think was a homemade lab. We pulled the carpet up and resealed the concrete to keep the severe smell out. Shampooed and cleaned the place in detail. The client paid the hazardous waste company, we do not mark up service prices from others. We changed the locks and repaired a window. This took three guys, 3days at 8hour per days totaling $1,140(including haul off)
Although we are not a construction company, we all have experience in construction or the handyman industries.

We are fairly new. Our office is outside Cleveland Texas. We own everything outright which helps keep our prices low. We recycle everything we can and are proud to be considered green.
