My favorite thing about my job is finding solutions when it appears that there is not a way. The creative aspect of construction really appeals to me. I also enjoy the opportunities I have to help homeless individuals get back to work.

Fox Run Duplexes
We are in the process of developing 12 duplex units in west Greeley. Each unit will feature over 3000 sqft finished with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths... all for under 300k. This project starts Spring 2018.

Basement - Finish or Remodel
- $26.00 to $45.00 per square foot (standard grade, including bathroom)
- $22.00 to $45.00 per square foot (standard grade, no bathroom)
Basements vary, If you you stick with the basics, figure on $25 sqft.
