What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Direct mail companies can be difficult to work with unless they are full service. Make sure you find out if they offer lists, how new are the lists? Do they offer art changes free of charge (or what is the cost?). Make sure they don't try to tack on additional 'processing' fees. Make sure you know about postal costs and regulations - can your direct mail company educate you on these areas? Are the account managers easy to work with? Will you be working with the same person mostly? If they are unable to produce a product you want, will they give you recommendations? Are they willing to send you samples of their printing? Can they meet their in-home dates? How is their follow up? How do they track mailings? Are they consistent in their print quality? These things are important to know when you are looking at the over all value of your direct mail vendor. Ask a lot of questions.

Q: Do you provide the lists?
A: Yes. Targeted and saturation consumer lists are the most requested. We have list experts on staff who provide those, among other list types for both B2C and B2B.
Q: What industries to you focus on?
A: We don't have a specific industry focus. We provide services for every industry you can imagine. In our experience, though, our most active clientele tend to be automotive marketers, medical and dental marketers, various franchises/franchisees, restaurants/hospitality, insurance agencies, and educational marketers.
