What advice would you give to a customer looking to hire a company like yours?

Ask for an in person consultation so that you can put a face with the voice.
These days just letting anyone into your home is risky. I would love to come out and speak with my clients do a walk through to ensure there is a complete understanding of what the client needs. We look for longevity and vise versa so it is best to meet up front. Ask for references.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything we need to clean your home. You don't have to provide a thing unless there is something specific you would like used. We have some clients who like us to use their
vacuum, mop, air freshener, etc.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
Pristine Maids, LLC accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
Most of our customers prefer a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning schedule but we also clean homes one time only, move ins/outs or special occasion cleanings. We never require a contract and
will clean whenever you want us to.
How many people will be in my home during each cleaning?
Depending on the size of your home, there could be one cleaner or two. On rare occasions, there may be three people. If your home is 2500 sq. ft. or more, the staff may send two people to do
the job. If your home is smaller, one person will be able to complete the job in the allotted time. We respect your home and your privacy and are aware of the trust you place in us by inviting us
into your home.
If I sign up for long-term service, will the same person be in my home each time?
We make every effort to ensure that the same cleaner cleans your home on each visit. Unfortunately, individuals leave the company, call in sick or may not be able to clean that day and in that
case we will send another cleaner. One thing we like our clients to be aware of is that each cleaner is trained in the same fashion, so even if it's a different cleaner, the cleaning should be the same
quality.
What time will you be at my home?
We will always try to make your preferred day and time work. If that spot is not available, we will work with you to find the right fit and that will remain your time and day until you change it. It's our
job to make this a good experience and that is what we will do.

We just used Pristine Maids for the first time this week. We have a large apartment that was in dire need of a major clean. I wasn't really expecting a miracle but Cherish and Amanda seemed to create one. They did a great job at focusing on the areas we deemed priority within the allotted time frame. She was a little late for our appointment but kept in contact with me to keep me posted on their arrival time, great customer service. Life happens, and as far as I'm concerned no harm, no foul. I look forward to having Pristine Maids back to get our place in tip-top shape, it's definitely a big job that will take time. Also, I want to add that this is the first time I used a cleaning service that was not a recommendation from someone that I know (found them on Google). We moved out of our apartment this week and decided that we were SO over manual labor....time to hire someone else to clean! I did a lot of price comparisons among different cleaning services and they're all pretty similar; the reason I chose Pristine Maids was because the person responding to my emails was the politest and most professional of all. Their website is a great tool leaving no question unanswered. Our cleaners today weren't just on time, they were early. They were very polite and efficient, and accurately estimated how long it would take to do the job. When they finished, the place was even cleaner than when I moved in. My landlords gave their seal of approval as well, so the money I spent is worth it to me. Yay security deposit! We'll tell all our friends about Pristine Maids, as we're considering hiring on a regular cleaning service for our new place.
Blew my mind, and I am irritatingly picky. They did what they said they'd do, and more, and the carpets look like the abuse I did to them never even happened. The cleaners were super nice, on time and professional, the backend of the service is together, with confirmations, follow ups, and an earnest willingness to get and keep the business. I will have them back as often as possible. :)
I have relied on Pristine to clean my apartment for 8 months now. They have been Thorough and attentive to detail. I have consistently had really favorable experiences with the cleaners that have worked on my place. They have been accommodating with schedules and quick to respond to emails etc. I don't think they stops working! Inviting someone into your home is a very personal experience...one I don't take lightly. I respect Pristine Maids and their team and the hard work they do. Great service! I've been using Pristine Maids for quite a while and they always do a great job. I like the convenience of calling every few weeks or so without having a regular schedule.
We use Pristine Maids for all of our Make Ready units. They are thorough, Reliable and get the job done right the 1st time. We did have another service as a backup but we’ve recently let them go and have now given 100% of the work to Pristine Maids.

After having been stood up by two other cleaning services ( One never showed up and the other never returned my phone calls) I found Pristine Maids. I e-mailed last Monday inquiring if they had any availability for Friday. They quickly replied to my e-mail and said they could fit me in. I was sent two women to my apartment Friday morning and they promptly arrived at 9am as promised. They deep cleaned my home and I was very pleased when I returned from work. Thank you.
