- $3,500.00 to $7,000.00 fixed fee (house, no basement)
- $4,500.00 to $9,000.00 fixed fee (house with basement)
the average sqf is $4-$17 it depens on the difficulty of the demo job.

Waste, Junk, Materials - Remove
- $15.00 to $30.00 per man hour
the sums are $0 because we include the demo and junk removal in the pricing.
