24 hour Turn Key Apartment Model
Provide Turn key Services for move outs, trash outs, and evictions. We are responsible for cleaning, painting, punch maintenance, pressure washing, etc to get the units back on the market within 24-48 hours.

Apartment Renovations
We are contracted to renovate 300+ units removing old appliances, changing out cabinet doors, lighting, faucets, door hardware, bath hardware, painting cabinet boxes, re glazing the counter tops and keeping the inventory on schedule.

Another Apartment Renovation Project
We are contracted to renovate 200+ units of the sister property displayed in project #2. The project scope is similiar as the units are very similiar. The only difference is we had to modify the microwave installation hangers and cut and hang all interior doors.

Dollar Tree Burned-Cleaned Up
We were contracted by Belfor to assist with cleaning the entire 25000 sq ft of the store from floor to ceiling grid and replace all ceiling tiles. We were able to bring 10 resources to complete the job in 3 days.
