Commercial Exterior - Paint or Stain - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot All my jobs, I make sure that the preparation is done right, I caulk, everything needed right even if I have to removed old falling caulk and do it right. Most jobs reauired alot of attention so the finish paint makes it look new again. Here at Skyline we make sure all our jobs get the full attention that it needs to make the job look brand new again and last years for all our customers, that make us different from our competitors, quality, honest and friendly services. We are a family owned business and all our clients are family.

Commercial Interior - Paint or Stain - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot We prepare and take care of everything very well, from covering floors, furniture and all electricals well, then caulk clean and apply our finishing well to make the job look new again, from repairing drywall and matching all our textures.

Drywall - Install or Replace - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus materials) - $0.85 to $1.25 per square foot - $19.00 to $35.00 per sheet (4ft x 8ft) We supply all materials and finishes

Drywall - Remove - $35.00 to $65.00 per hour - $3.75 to $7.00 per square foot Removed and take to trash.

Drywall - Repair - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus material cost) Depending on job and the damage. Low price to any medium repair start at $375.00 Labor and materials

Exterior or Interior - Paint Removal - $25.00 to $35.00 per hour - $1.65 to $5.00 per square foot We cover everithing we before starting job

Home Exterior - Paint or Stain - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot House gets pressure wash and prepare well, from caulking everything and covering home before applying our finishes to help home become new again.

Home Interior - Paint or Stain - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot We cover everything and prepare home completely, from all furniture, floors and electrical. Caulk and repair all our drywall damages, copying texture, priming and reapplying our finishes.

Painting - Textures - $55.00 to $65.00 per hour - $3.75 to $8.50 per square foot Depending on the texture and quality of paint.

Plaster - Install or Replace - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot Depending on job and work to be done.

Plaster - Repair - $25.00 to $45.00 per hour (plus materials) - $2.65 to $7.00 per square foot Depending on job specifications

Popcorn Ceiling Texture - Apply - $55.00 to $90.00 per hour (plus materials) - $3.75 to $8.75 per square foot to apply Cover everything well before starting and re-mud all ceilings to retexture of give a smooth finish.
