How We Charge For Our Services
|
Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Install
- $25.00 to $60.00 per hour (plus materials) - $4.00 to $8.00 per square foot installed (mid-grade brick) - $3.50 to $6.25 per square foot for mid-grade flagstone patio I prefer to bid jobs based on the work required for instance if I'm doing the patio per square foot that has 5 electrical outlets I don't think it's fair that a client should have to pay the same as another client who has one outlet

Brick and Stone Patios, Walks, and Steps - Repair
- $3.50 to $6.25 per hour (plus material cost) I believe it's only fair to look at jobs individually I don't think charging per square foot is fair if I do something that has for electrical outlets involved in an 600 square feet a patio I don't think it's fair that someone that has 500 or 600 or 700 square feet of patio that has one electrical outlet should have to pay the same price per square foot
