Fall Lawn - Rake, Clean, Remove
- $10.00 to $12.50 per hour for raking and bagging
- $10.00 to $12.50 per hour for curbside vacuuming or bag pick-up
- $75.00 to $100.00 fixed fee for 1/8 acre lot
- $125.00 to $150.00 fixed fee for 1/4 acre lot (most typical)
- $175.00 to $200.00 fixed fee for 1/2 acre lot
- $225.00 to $250.00 fixed fee per 1 acre
I try to est the time it will take for the job and that is how figure the price

Landscape - Install or Plant
- $12.50 to $17.50 per hour (per person) plus materials
the billing would depend how l;ong it would to do the job and what type of plant or tree

Lawn - Fertilize or Treat
- $125.00 to $150.00 per application (1 acre)
- $55.00 to $75.00 per application (1/4 acre)
- $85.00 to $100.00 per application (1/2 acre)
this includes the material and the time that it take to do the job

Lawn - Mow or Maintain
- $85.00 to $100.00 per visit (1 acre)
- $45.00 to $55.00 per visit (1/4 acre)
