We are a local and family owned business and have over twenty one years combined experience providing asphalt and concrete paving services to the Greater Houston area. We have a reputation for providing quality workmanship and exceptional customer service at competitive prices. We offer new construction services, as well as resurfacing, repairs, and maintenance services. We believe that building long lasting relationships is vital to a company’s longevity and success, and we want to work with you. We are adequately funded and insured to take on larger scale projects, but we welcome even the smaller scale projects as well.

W Bellfort Shopping Center
This customer wanted to update the look of her shopping center with a new parking lot. We first had to repair some damaged, sinking areas in the parking lot. Once the repairs were made we installed a new 2" asphalt overlay. We finished it off with new paint/striping.

Montclair Driveway/Sidewalk
Existing concrete driveway & sidewalk removed and repaved.

School Driveway Widening
This private school underwent some major remodeling and they added some new buildings to the premises. As a result, a new fire lane had to be installed and the original concrete driveway had to be widened. We removed the existing grass/dirt and built new forms reinforced with #4 rebar and poured new concrete to give a much wider driveway.

School Sealcoat
The existing asphalt driveway needed a major facelift and was due for a sealer. We applied a sealcoat to the existing asphalt parking lot and re-striped it.

Base work/grading, black base, and asphalt surface course all by Texas Precision Paving.

"Superb experience from the beginning until the finish. TPP arrived on time to give us an estimate and their price was the most competitive of six bids (and definitely the most punctual). On the day of the job their crew arrived on time and the finished product was beyond my expectations. They removed a fifty year old commercial loading area that had been incorrectly paved over many times, all debris was taken away, and a new, perfectly sloped drive was poured in its place.
