When you choose an inspector, You want to choose someone you know who is competent, thorough and trustworthy. If you want a referral from your real estate agent, we recommend to ask for two or three different names, then do the research to determine who you feel most comfortable with, Always ask about licensing, professional affiliations and credentials.

How We Charge For Our Services

Home Inspection Services
- $249.00 to $299.00 for less than 2,000 sf house
- $324.00 to $424.00 for 2,000-4,000 sf house
- $449.00 to $599.00 for +4,000 sf house
- $299.00 to $324.00 for 2,000 sf house (most typical)
We take pride in working with our clients and delivering a high quality service on time and in budget. Our prices are based on square footage, age built and other features of the properties. We stand by our quality of work and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your inspection we will refund 100% of your fee.
