Hi, I'm Teri Manley, owner of Watermelon Tree Design. Why Watermelon Tree? As a little girl growing up in So.California I once declared that "I didn't know what smelled better ~ the orange blossoms or watermelon trees!".
In 2014, after a couple of major life changes and receiving encouragement from a good friend and realtor to put my creative juices back to work, Watermelon Tree Designs was born.
I have been interested in color and design since childhood, making furniture and clothes for my dolls. and always re-arranging and decorating my room. As a stay-at-home Mom
of four, I owned and operated my own handcrafted home decor business while my now grown children were growing up. After moving over 12 times as a military family, I've had plenty of experience decorating and organizing homes of various styles and sizes.

How We Charge For Our Services

Closets or Rooms - Organize
- $35.00 to $50.00 per hour my fee is $50 for an initial 1 hour consultation. additional hours billed separately.

Home Staging - Prepare to Sell or Rent
- $400.00 to $600.00 fixed fee for 1/2 day staging consultation - $800.00 to $1,200.00 fixed fee for 1 day staging consultation my fee is $275 for initial consultation (up to two hours). Additional hours and rentals billed separately.

Professional Organizers - Home
- $275.00 to $400.00 per session (full-day; about 8 hrs) - $150.00 to $225.00 per session (half-day; about 4 hours) Fee is $75 for 1 hour initial consultation. Project fees will be determined depending by the depth of work to be done and agreed upon during initial consultation.
